About WKK Automotive
WKK Automotive is part of the WKK Group: an international company that is specialized in fixation materials which offer a high quality solution for fixing, connecting, guiding and protecting cables for several industries. With this cable ties, heat shrink tubing, cable glands and fixation clips are the most important product groups of the company. From the offices in The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Poland and China, customers throughout Europe are served.
WKK Automotive
Through the subsidiary WKK Automotive, WKK has access to its own production facility for the development and production of plastic clips for the automotive industry and other markets such as the solar market. The clips are used for the fixation and guidance of cables in vehicles and on profiles.
WKK Automotive offers an extensive range of fixation clips such as edge clips (also for corrugated tubing), clips with fir tree & with arrowhead and hose (omega) clips which are suitable for different profile thicknesses and hole diameters. WKK Automotive also offers the opportunity to have clips custom made to meet your specific requirements.
Milestones
To give you an impression of the founders of WKK and the developments that our company has been through in recent years, we have outlined a number of milestones below that show the
history of WKK:
– 1984: founding of WKK Nederland by Mr Edward Willems and Mr Jozef Kouwenberg
– 1992: founding of subsidiary WKK GmbH
– 2002: founding of subsidiary WKK Polska Sp. z o. o.
– 2008: founding of subsidiary WKK Italy s.r.l.
– 2009: founding of subsidiary WKK Automotive. This subsidiary focuses on the development and production of plastic clips for the automotive industry
– 2010: appointed as authorised European importer and distributor of Hongshang heat shrink tubing and accessories
– 2011: founding of subsidiary WKK Shanghai. This subsidiary focuses on the assembly of special fixation clips for the automotive industry
Over the years, the companies of WKK (including WKK Automotive) have gradually built up a good and reliable reputation throughout Europe. This reputation is due to the fact that WKK supplies fixation materials to virtually every European country.
