Personal data
WKK will be processing your personal data because you are purchasing our products and/or services or because you have provided them to us yourself.
Below are the personal data that we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website (with the related online activities) is not intended for the collection of data from website visitors younger than 16 years old. Unless they have the permission of their parents or guardian.

In order to properly handle your sample / quotation / documentation request, we will use your name and address details.
• Handling of your order
In order to properly deal with your order, we will use your name and address details and the details of the address for delivery.
• Handling of payment
In order to properly handle the payment of your order, we will use your payment details.
• Marketing
For newsletters and other marketing purposes, we will use your personal/contact details.
• Fraud prevention
For the prevention of fraud, we will use your IP address, address details and payment details if there is a justified interest in this respect.
If such is required for a proper handling of an order, we may also give your personal data to thirds.
Storage term
WKK will not store your personal data longer than strictly required for the realisation of the goal for which your data is collected.
Provision to thirds
WKK will not sell your data to thirds and will only provide it if necessary for the performance of an agreement with you, or in order to fulfil a statutory obligation.
Our website includes social media buttons. These buttons only give a link and do not transmit any personal data to thirds. If it is possible to log in with a social media-account, then the social media party will provide the e-mail address of that user account.
Cookies, or similar technology
WKK makes use of functional, analytical and tracking cookies.
Cookies are small files that a webshop/website places on your computer, smartphone or tablet during your visit to the webshop/website. Information is stored in these files and can be recognized by the webshop/website during a later visit.
In addition to necessary cookies, WKK uses functional cookies. We do this to ensure that our webshop works properly and to make it easy to use our webshop.
